We are often approached by clients who are looking to rebrand, to create a fresh new look with new merch to run alongside it. One of our clients doing exactly this, wanted something completely personalised, the brief: to create an eye-catching bespoke box containing all the essentials for going into the office and working from home.
The outer box was completely full colour, we worked with the client and our in-house graphic design team to create something that would be inviting and perfectly represent the new brand. The quality and practicality of the boxes was also crucial; the client wanted us to mailout every box to the home addresses of each staff member, so the boxes needed to be high quality and double walled to ensure safe delivery.
The clients’ new brand incorporated 3 really striking colours and it was important to them that most of the items inside of the box should be pantone matched in a few different colourways, to perfectly represent the colour offerings in their new brand guidelines. This client opted for pantone matched notebooks, earthenware mugs, metal bottles and lanyards. The metal bottles were even engraved with the individual recipient’s name, for an additional element of personalisation. The end result was exactly what the client was looking for, a complete set of high-quality branded products that was consistent with the new brand guidelines and would welcome the stakeholders to the new brand.
The fulfilment and delivery consisted of around 600 packs and addresses, we had to make sure that each address label married up to the correct individually engraved bottle. We were given a 48-hour period with which to deliver every box in time for the brand launch, so over 2 days we packed up and dispatched each box and subsequently tracked each of them, to ensure that all the boxes were delivered on time.
This exciting rebrand project was a fantastic opportunity for us to grow our expertise of individual fulfilment and the client was thrilled with the end result!
