We searched for an ‘off the shelf’ product but there was nothing that fitted their needs so we went down the route of a bespoke solution.
The client wanted the bag to look like a ‘First Aid Kit’ and contain items that would be of use to an exhibitor whilst manning the exhibition stand. Many ideas for both the contents and the bag were bounced around before we settled on the final choices.
We sourced a green zip around bag which we printed with ‘Stand Aid’ and the cross which is the universal first aid symbol. Onto the bag we incorporated a business card holder so that the account handler could insert their business card and contact details, making it more of a personal gift as well as ensuring their details were easily accessible at all times.
Contained within the bag we sourced printed and packed; a sachet of refreshing wipes, a pot of nivea, tic tacs, love heart sweets, an energy drink, mini toothbrush and toothpaste, pocket plasters and a travel shoe shine kit. Everything that we felt the average exhibitor would find useful when working on an exhibition stand.
All items were sourced individually, branded and packed into the bag along with the business card and a post card of company information.
